Deliveries & Returns

Delivery

Here at Leather Sofa Land, we have several different methods of delivering your sofas.

We are based in London, and have a 'local delivery' service that will use a two man delivery service straight into your home, with fitting included for a price of £39.99. The service is available in a 50 mile radius from the showroom in East Ham East London (postcode E6 1LB). It also makes over night, and fast delivery available for some stock items. 

We can deliver to the rest of England, and Wales for a delivery charge of of £79.99. The service is exactly the same, but the delivery time for stocked items is extended to 20 days. Please note that all sofas, and furniture with longer delivery times, an additional period may be added to the quoted time.

Super Saver Delivery can also be arranged. This service is Free delivery. The sofas are shrink wrapped, and placed on a pallet, and delivered as close to your door as possible. the Super Saver Delivery is available across the whole of England and Wales. Please note you will need two people to carry the sofas into your home, and if damaged whilst carrying into the area of your home, you the customer will be liable.

There may be surcharges for certain deliveries. For example if an obstacle such as a radiator has not been removed, or a sofa is to be delivered through a window, and a Glazier is required, the customer will be expected to arrange for these obstructions to be removed, before our drivers arrive. If the sofas are to be taken upstairs there will be a surcharge of £10 per flight, this is void if an operating lift is available, and both sofas are able to fit inside. Also if you live in a 'congestion zone' area you will be expected to pay the additional fee for your area, where the sofas, or furniture is to be delivered to.


Returns Policy

We offer a 12 month manufacturers warranty on all our sofas, and furniture, unless specified otherwise. The warranty offered is valid only if the item purchased is used for the purpose of sale. If the consumer decides the items purchased are not fit for the purpose of sale, the item may be returned. The manufacturers warranty does not include accidental damage, and the item 'lifespan' is within tolerance of the date of purchase.

If the item is damaged or faulty, the item will be replaced, or a full refund will be given to the consumer. If the item is not the same as advertised the item will be collected and a full refund will be given.

When receiving your sofas or furniture you have 7 days to return the item. For the vendor to be able to accept any returned items, the consumer must ensure the items' have not been used, or damaged. That the item is in their original packaging. The consumer will only be refunded for the cost of the items, not the delivery & shipping costs.
